We will email you a preview of your image within 5-7 business days. When you're happy with the final result, we will then put your order into production.

Just like the title of the review, the entire order process was so easy. I had ordered a custom portrait to give to my husband for Valentine's Day (using one of our wedding photos). Once I got the email for the proof it seemed like everything sped up. I was anticipating getting the portrait in the mail on 2/16 and it actually showed up 3 days early.
