REFUND POLICY

Not happy with your initial portrait? Although, this doesn't really happen. I do offer second round revisions for an additional fee! So no worries just email me at Hannah@fairlightco.com

Unfortunately, I don't accept refunds if customers decide to change their minds on the picture they have chosen.

If you orders merchandise (canvas, mugs etc.) and they arrive damaged we send you a replacement with expedited shipping. All I need is for you to share a photo of the damaged product, so I can verify its conditions. Please reach out to me at hannah@fairlightco.com

How do I organize a revision or new product to be sent to me?

Just email me with your order number, which will be on your emailed receipt. I will then work with you to get you sorted!
