Our custom. artwork is handmade and takes 2-5 business days to create. We will send the proof out to your email once it's completed, so you can review and approve it before its printed. We offer unlimited revisions, so once you are happy with it we will send it to the printer.
We offer free worldwide shipping, and have global printing partners with locations in all major hubs (USA, Australia, Europe, Asia, Canada and New Zealand). Shipping times vary on your local shipping company, but generally take 3-10 days.

Pick your most loved moment and submit it to our digital artists with your order. We will digitally recreate the image selected so you can have a custom artwork of your favorite memory. Check out our instagram for some helpful photo selection tips!
We love getting to know your story so please add as many details in the order notes as you'd like including the background color you'd like. Then, be sure to select the correct number of people in the photo.
All of our artwork is handmade ✍️ It takes 2-4 business days for your artwork to be created and sent to your inbox for approval! So keep an eye out in your inbox for your proof email.
We offer unlimited changes, so if you have any changes, just note them in the proof review form and we'll get your adjusted artwork to you. Note, we won't send your artwork to the printer before its accepted, as we want to make sure it is perfect before the printers start rolling!
Please note that any changes are generally 2-3 business days turnaround, so any adjustments will delay your order a couple of days.
Fairlight Co. has printing partners worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, Canada, and Japan. Your artwork will be sent from the partner closest to you, allowing for faster delivery times since it is not too far away!
Once, you love it and it has been approved we will send your artwork to our shipping partners immediately! Shipping times vary for location and your countries posting services (USPS, Fed-Ex, Australian Post etc.). This means you can't make changes once your proof has been approved!
Generally, orders take on average 5-10 days to be created and shipped. This can increase a little during sales periods. (Christmas etc). All orders go through an artwork quality check as well as a product quality check. This ensures you receive the highest quality print.

We note that a lot of your orders are for Father's Day, so we want to make sure we get your gift to your Father or Husband there on time!
So please note:
✅ The strict order deadline for best chances of receiving your physical product (print or frame) is the 11th of June. You will still be able to receive your digital artwork which you can print at home - right up until the day before father's day.
✅ If you make any changes it delays your order by 5-10 business days to get that revision made. So make sure you are as descriptive as possible with the changes which you make.
✅ Your proof must be approved by the 12th of June to ensure you have the best chance of getting it by Father's Day.
