Yes, our frames come with a hanging kit that allows mounting them both horizontally and vertically, depending on the orientation of your print.

The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to me. Our system will only allow you to upload the main photo - all additional "merged" or details you'd like to add can be emailed to hannah@fairlightco.com with your order number so we can add the photos to your order!

We have made it super easy for you to check on the progress of your order! Click here and simply input your order number and the email address you used at checkout to check how your order is going! 
Some IOS devices automatically capitalize the first letter of your email which makes it not match in our system! Please make sure it's all lowercase or entered as it was at checkout to see the proof! 
Additionally, your proof will be coming from fairlightco@proofs.shopfox.io so please be sure to search your spam box for this email if you are on the look out for your proof! 

We will send an email out to you in the next 4-5 business days, with your artwork proof attached. Note that during large holidays (Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day etc.) this can take longer than usual, but I do my best to get the proof out to you in this time range.

YES, absolutely, unlike some we put no restrictions on your portrait, it’s yours to do whatever you want with with the exception of re-selling it.

If you ordered a digital piece of art - we will send you a proof over to you as an email. If you accept the art - just press download on the image (the download button is on the top right😃).

No problem, just drop me an email @ Hannah@Fairlightco.com, and we can discuss large jobs.

Whatever you want! You just let us know your idea and we will make it happen. If you have a specific color in mind, upload a photo of the specific color and we will match it with a color matching tool, please just specify this in your request!

Yes, they do as pets are painstakingly difficult due to the details it takes to recreate your fluffy friends digitally!

Our digital portraits can be printed as an 18 x 24 inch piece. 
If you'd like a larger file size, we would suggest purchasing a print and doing a digital download add-on which will provide you the size file of the print you've ordered. This gives you an option to print it yourself in the file size purchased. 
Unfortunately, at this time we don't offer custom sizes of our digital work outside of these two options.

We will send out an email to you once your art is complete. Within this email, you have the option to accept or request changes. We offer unlimited changes to your artwork!

Note, that each new change takes 2-3 business days for each round of change to be made!

If you request changes, we will note the changes and get to work ✍️ Usually, we will be able to get to your change within 2-3 business days. You will then receive a new email with your updated proof once it is done on our-side!

Shipping times vary by our carrier partners however on average shipping takes 5-10 business days once you have approved your artwork. Please allow 1-2 days time for processing as well.

Once you have approved your proof we will get your art to the printer right away. You should receive your shipping confirmation email and tracking number within 2 business days after your order is approved in our system. During holidays and sales, it may take as long as 7-10 business days to receive your shipping confirmation.

Our team has over 100+ years of experience as artists, so we hold ourselves to very high standards. However, sometimes we can miss the essence of the subject when working from a photo and we are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your piece!

We offer UNLIMITED free revisions! Just note that each round of revision takes 5-7 business days to be completed depending on our request volume.

*Please be mindful when submitting changes if you are looking to get an order before a major holiday, it will need to be approved prior to our approval deadline for best chances of arriving on time.*

If you would like to change photo's, we offer a photo change for a flat fee. As each new photo means we need to start from scratch!

We really like to nail the art on the first go, however, if changes are required we offer UNLIMITED free revisions! Just note that each round of revision takes 2-3 business days to be completed.

*Please note* these free unlimited changes are only in regards to the original photo uploaded.

Submitting a new photo is considered a "photo swap" and will be considered a new piece of artwork. In this instance we will work with you on pricing for this new piece of artwork.

It is quite rare that items arrive damaged. However, if your treasured portrait gets damaged then please send us an email at hannah@fairlightco.com with photos of your damaged artwork and we will work with you to get a replacement. In the first email could you please provide us with a photo of the damaged goods, this way we can get you a replacement faster!

We offer custom art, thus, we spend a large amount of time creating each piece. Due to the custom nature of all of our products at Fairlight Co., we are unable offer returns as your art is custom to your picture.
However, if you aren't happy with your proof we offer free unlimited revisions - so be as detail as possible with your comments and we can make sure we get something over to you that you LOVE!

We get to work promptly after you place your order. So please connect with us at Hannah@fairlightco.com, within 12 hours of ordering if you would like to cancel. If we haven't already started on your art then we would happy to offer you a 100% refund of your money.

Note that refunds take 2-3 days for the money to be transferred back into your account - this depends on your bank.
